Thank you for purchasing a Hottie® Signal Booster!

We’d love to have your feedback after you use the Hottie®Xtreme/Hottie®Xtreme 5G  and we’ll reward you with a two year warranty upon receipt of your feedback. (The Hottie®Xtreme and Hottie®Xtreme 5G usually comes with a one year warranty.) Send your feedback to: info@hotwireless.net. Include your name, address, telephone number and date of purchase. Upon receipt of your feedback, we’ll send confirmation of your extended warranty by email.

Warranty service & repairs are to be made only at the Hot Wireless® factory. Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty. Products repaired under warranty at the Hot Wireless® factory will be returned to the customer via ground freight, prepaid by Hot Wireless®, to any location within the United States. Product returned to Hot Wireless® that is not covered by the terms of this warranty will be serviced only after payment is arranged. Hot Wireless® will exchange the product at its discretion.

Except as specifically provided here, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied. Including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Hot Wireless®, LLC be liable for loss or for profits or incidental, indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages arising out of any breach of warranty or other obligation contained herein. Shall not apply if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect.

Should You Need To Obtain Warranty Service:

Contact Hot Wireless® by email at info@hotwireless.net

As appropriate, Hot Wireless® will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the product carefully

Include the RMA number 

Include your name, telephone number, shipping address and email address

Include a copy of your receipt

Include a note explaining how to duplicate the problem you have experienced

Ship the product, prepaid to:

You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the product. As well, you will receive email notification of the resolution.
