Note that warranty service and repairs are to be made only at the Hot Wireless™ factory. Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty. Products repaired under warranty at the Hot Wireless™ factory will be returned to the customer via ground freight, prepaid by Hot Wireless™, to any location within the United States. Product returned to Hot Wireless™ that is not covered by the terms of this warranty will be serviced only after payment is arranged.
Hot Wireless™ will exchange the product at its discretion.
Warranty is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
How To Obtain Warranty Service:
- Contact Hot Wireless™ by email @ email@example.com
- As appropriate, Hot Wireless™ will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product carefully
- Include the RMA number
- Include your name, telephone number
andshipping address (please no P.O. Boxes)
- Include a copy of your receipt
- Include a note explaining how to duplicate the problem

Shall not apply if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect.
